Today, we are bombarded with many choices when it comes to smartphones. The most popular choice is a handset equipped with the biggest screen or one with the most powerful processor. In this article, we will talk about the HTC One X and the Nokia Lumia 900 as we pit them against each other. Read on!
Let us start with the phones' design and build. When it comes to size, you will not be able to fault both of these handsets as they are built to be massive (size wise). The HTC One X comes in at a hefty 134.4 x 69.9 x 8.9 mm dimensions. The Nokia Lumia 900 on the other hand comes in at 127.8 x 68.5 x 11.5 mm. They are both big but when it comes to owning a bigger display screen, the One X bags the title for packing a 4.7" display screen as opposed to Nokia's 4.3" display screen. Despite of its bigger size, it only weighs in at 130 grams. The Lumia 900 weighs in at 160 grams. Again, it is quite obvious that many people will favor HTC's handset for being bigger and yet lighter than Nokia's latest Lumia handset.

If you look at these two handsets, you will notice how truly different they are from each other. HTC's handset comes in with a rounded and curved design, while Nokia's handset comes in with a squared edge design. When it comes to boasting that comfortable feel, again HTC wins another good point all thank to its button placement. Yes, this handset comes in with three physical buttons and they are located on the phone's sides. There are also three capacitive buttons that you will find on the phone's front side (lower portion). On the other side, Nokia's handset comes in with physical buttons that are all located along its right side. Its volume control sits on the phone's top right hand portion. The phone's power button sits below the said volume control. You will also find its camera button at the phone's bottom part. The only bad thing about it is that the placement of its power button can cause you to make accidental presses while using this handset.
It is quite obvious as to who wins in this mini comparison note of mine. If you are after a bigger screened and yet lighter handset then the HTC One X is a must have for you.
